The breakfast looked good hot, for all tastes, unfortunately we were in a hurry and didn't try it. Particularly good and ideal location next to restaurants, all was impressive🙂🙂

The restaurant was nice for dinner, I tried tasty dishes. I enjoyed pleasant views and wake-up service available. The location was magnificent - within walking distance of everywhere I wanted to go. The local staff was professional.

Well-equipped rooms with modern amenities, proximity to Wembley Stadium, diverse shopping and dining options nearby
Room cleanliness issues such as stains on sheets and towels!!! Malfunctioning amenities like broken TVs and poor air conditioning must be addressed for a better experience!!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and the bathroom were very clean. The location was good for exploring London.
The description of the size of the room wasn't really accurate for all deluxe rooms. Our room on the first floor was very compact. Only one chair and just enough room for one person to walk between the bed and the dresser. Fine if you don't plan to spend time in the room.

Friendly welcome from the staff. They were re-doing the stair carpet at the time, but the fitters were very polite and moved promptly to let me pass! Triple room (single occupant!) was spacious and the huge double bed was comfortable.
For value for money, breakfast could have been included in the price, but that's typical for London!

Location and it was very clean
It was our fault, I have a slight dissability and should have requested a ground floor/1st floor room. Intead we were at the very top of the hotel!

Ask about the hidden Italian restaurant for a delightful dinner option. it's not immediately obvious but worth discovering.

The hotel was ideally situated a short distance from the Oxford Road shopping area and Marble Arch. It is within easy walking distance of three tube stations and the ncp car park is relatively close by. The hotel is clean, staffa re friendly and it is nicely decorated with quality furnishings. Although our room was on the main street there was very little noise.
The ncp car park at Portman Square is recommended by the hotel but is very expensive even with the hotels 25% discount, there is another ncp car park nearby which is £11 per 24 hours cheaper and not much further to walk. The furnishings were of a good quality but the orthopedic bed was extremely hard, so hard in fact it hurt and disrupted our nights sleep. Our advice to the hotel would be to ditch the bed despite the fact that it wasn't cheap it's spoiling a good hotel.

The bedroom was comfortable, we didn't have time for breakfast as had to leave before it was available (7.30am start). The location was close to shops and the underground. The location was quiet. We were able to leave our bags until later in the afternoon (no time was specified). The room has a safe and a fridge. As a one night possibly two this is a reasonable hotel stay. The only reason I ticked 'fair' for the hotel staff was because of the problem leaving. However the receptionists were very pleasant and helpful.
We had said that we would be leaving early in the morning with regard to check out. The receptionist told us it was a 24 hour desk so that would not be a problem. However on leaving, no-one was on reception, after ringing the bell a couple of times my husband went to look for someone. He found a guy half dressed coming out of his bedroom (we must have been a touch too early)!! We left at 7.30am! The lounge (tv) area is small with tables and chairs not really comfy for sitting and relaxing after a busy day shopping etc.. Not sure if you could buy refreshments, we weren't offered any. There was no bar facility available.

I loved the location! Just a quick walk to the arena, with spacious rooms and a lovely shower that had a huge head. Having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus!

A Comfortable Stay with Modern Amenities
The location is perfect, just a short stroll to Wembley, and the staff were cute. The only downside was the breakfast selection. More variety would enhance the experience.
